I fell in love with physics in high school. Yes, in case you didn't notice yet, I am a huge geek. I'm fine with that.

I ended up majoring in physics at Colorado College, where I was fortunate enough to work with Dr. Phillip Cervantes on high-temperature, high-pressure semiconductor research.

By the time I graduated from CC, though, I was ready to move on, and the government of France gave me a chance to do just that.
